The apartment was spacious for 5 of us. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff great. Location excellent- quieter than central Tokyo/ Shibuyu but easy to move around and public transport so close. The area itself was great close to the temple, shopping and river walk. Lots of restaurants.

Great location to see major sites in Tokyo and right across the street from the Gonzalo line. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean with great amenities. I stayed in the Hello Kitty room with my granddaughters and they loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many choices. Highly recommend especially for first time visitors

very convenient location when arriving to Tokyo - close to the must-see Asakusa district and located close to train+metro line from both Haneda and Narita airports. clean hotel, helpful staff with good English, nice room this was one of four Koko/Wing hotels on our itenerary and they were all very solid, always in good location, clean and reasonably priced

The location was excellent, next to lots of shops, places to eat, and train stations. Our room was very quiet, like it didn't seem that anyone else was there! Could not hear any outside noise. AC made it very comfortable. Check and check out was really easy after registering beforehand. Bathrooms were very clean. Bath and shower had excellent water pressure. Deep tubs were nice to soak in after long days of walking. The tatami and futons were comfy for us. The closet area was good for our luggage. The water dispenser in the room was very convenient.
