It was so pretty and lots of lovely little pubs and places to eat. Also some lovely quirky little shops to browse. Literally everything on your doorstep.
Other towns not too far to get a taxi or take a nice walk. People very friendly. Loved it.

It's great for It's historic steam railway.
It's great for It's historic steam railway. The thing that was disappointing was the cliff railway out of use. People depend on it to get to high Town. Hopefully it will be in working order soon.

Bridgnorth is great for a its shops, eateries and pubs.
Bridgnorth is great for a its shops, eateries and pubs. The Seven Valley Railway goes from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster run by fantastic volunteers and provides a great day out. We ate in The Legend, a Chinese, The Shakespeare and Wetherspoons. The meals were ok in each. Wetherspoons being the cheapest.

Loved Bridgenorth and all its quirkiness.
Loved Bridgenorth and all its quirkiness. The buildings were super. Took you back to a different timne. Loved the quirky little streets that went off and showed you haow all of the town is used up.
Bit dissapointed not to be able to go on the lift on the side of the cliff. Will go back to go on that and also to go on the steam engine trip with afternoon tea

Bridgnorth is a lovely small town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to visit. There is a lovely church where you can sit outside (enjoy an ice cream) which is lovely in the summer months. Bassa Villa is a lovely traditional pub to visit and has the best Guinness to offer along with its in-house Pizza menu. Market day is on a Saturday and it's always nice to have a wander picking up some great bargains including fresh fruit and vegetables. We went to the new Indian restaurant inside the Falcon Hotel on the night and the food was excellent and well within budget. Watch out for tribute bands//comdey night etc on 'Theatre on the Steps'. The Black Horse Pub is always worth visiting and has a lovely enclosed area. We normally stay more uptown but lately, we've been stopping lower town as it also offers much.

The town was very nice, beautiful scenery !
The town was very nice, beautiful scenery ! Hard to find food to eat that wasn’t ‘pub’ food/ just wanted a nice restaurant but not easy to find! The Royle was nice, busy , very popular- food was great 👍 travel to Neenton where you’ll find the pheasant - fabulous food ! Beautiful countryside in Shropshire! Worth a visit .
Shining Star on Cartway is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. Ideal location for both high town and low town. Lots of pubs, cafes and shops nearby and a short walk to the river. The property is immaculate and spacey. The courtyard is just wonderful and has an amazing view of lowtown and the river. Would highly recommend staying at Shining Star. The hosts are fab and left a lovely welcome package at the cottage for our arrival.
Beautiful cottage ..... comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Located in the centre of the high town with many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. A short walk to the Steam Railway. The x2 parking permits were very welcome and the pay car park was a 2 minute walk away through a passage for when parking spaces weren't available (though free parking from 6.00pm until 8.00am and payment can be topped up via a mobile phone app).
Good location from a central point of view to Bridgnorth town centre, it's amenities and places to visit. All were within easy walking distance. Accommodation was beautifully renovated and although the kitchen was small it had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Beds were very comfortable and the wet rooms in two of the rooms were excellent.
The Lodge was located in a quiet lane not far from Bridgnorth township. It had two outdoor areas had all the facilities you would expect in your own home, including a clothes line and off street parking. It was clean, well heated and modern. We only spent a few days there but it would have been a great place to stay for a longer time.
Comfortable and cosy cottage style annex.. Good location for Bridgnorth and the Mill Barns wedding venue. Friendly owner.
Well equipped kitchen, although we only used it briefly.
Free parking.
Various bed options and nice sized bedroom, living room and bathroom.
Everything you need all in 1 little place.could do with having a king-size bed for extra comfort.i asked for balloons as it was my partners birthday and balloons I got.sarah goes that extra mile for you.also town centre 10 minutes from property.

Has ample parking to the rear.
My room was clean and compact and the bed was comfortable.
Excellent evening meal and a very nice breakfast.
Rooms immaculate, staff very friendly and most helpful. Food was well presented and tasty. Parking on site and a 10-15 minute walk into the town. A fan was supplied which helped in the hot weather.
Really good location (only a 5 minute walk into high town). Staff was friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms were clean and had everything you need for a night away.
Spotlessly clean Breakfast produce very good and extremely well cooked and served. Location perfect for High Town shopping. Hosts very friendly but not overbearing
