The old part is stunning with beautiful grounds.
Reception offers a real wow factor when you walk in.
Good parking and a long way from the town centre so was quiet and felt safe.
The swimming pool and related facilities were nice and of a high standard.
Staff throughout were of a high calibre, pleasant and helpful.
The Standard Room in the Modern Wing was a good size, clean, well appointed and with a bathroom that had a separate shower cubicle from the bath. Large bed, good TV, desk and chairs. Proper wardrobe with hangers, safe, iron, fridge, tea making facilities, iron and ironing board plus a trouser press. Spare towels and pillows also included.

We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and for breakfast.

We stayed here to visit our daughter at Reaseheath...
We stayed here to visit our daughter at Reaseheath university it was very close and convenient. There was also lots of places to get food and a very local supermarket.
There’s lots of things to do in quite a local surrounding.
Stayed with friend in twin bedded room and needed to be close to Crewe station for the weekend steam charter trains.
No problems booking in and obtaining permission to leave car til late Sunday night despite officially booking out on Sunday morning. Yes, room was slightly tired but bed was excellent with usual facilities plus Wi-Fi.
Sampled breakfast on Sunday (too early Saturday as 5 o'clock start) with excellent service and well cooked food.
No it's not the Hilton but what's not to like for a "budget hotel"
The staff service, they were very polite, outdoor seating area, no smoking signs in place, allocated smoking area for smokers, comfortable bed, and wooden flooring, which helps with myself suffering from allergies. Tv with instructions on information about the hotel. And comfortable chairs in hotel room and in the bar and restaurant. Easy access for everyone, a choice of 2 seats in a room, black out curtains to help keep the sunshine out on a hot day, white nets to prevent bugs entering the room. A safety hair dryer.
The location is very close to Crewe town centre. A supermarket is a walk away.
It was a quiet location despite being in a town centre.
Excellent facilities including full kitchen, washing machine, dish washer.
Spotlessly clean.
Very helpful host.
Free parking is nearby (less than 100 yards). Drop off/ loading / unloading of cases available directly outside the property, which makes things easy.
TV with Netflicks and free wifi.
I just stayed one night but Chris and the team made me feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after. Chris has a natural bonhomie and clearly is very good at what he does, and the other staff members were lovely too
The decor is to a high standard and breakfast was very good and freshly cooked
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Convenient location, 20min walk from station or £5 taxi if arriving late. Lockbox opening means anytime check-in. Responsive host if any questions. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen, even inside microwave was clean (often missed). The decor was pretty and they had made an effort rather than the boring cheap looking furniture in most hotels/rentals.
Spectacular Hall, staff welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and service was swift.
The use of the jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool was an added bonus which made the stay even more amazing.
Can’t wait to stay over at Crewe Hall in the near future again
Very good location for shopping and easy access to town centre plus the railway station. Other guests friendly in communal areas.
Comfortable bed.
Very good microwave in room.
Very clean fridge freezer in room
Well equipped communal kitchen.
House was lovely. Master bedroom is great. Comfy king bed. Crewe has alot to offer to families with Wheelock farm park, dimensions pool, Alton towers all within travel distance.
Simple for what I needed (a bed) after an evening event. Didn't use any facilities outside the room so cannot comment on the shared kitchen area etc. Clean and relatively cheap.
Lovely house plenty of room spotlessly clean and every facility you could need .. 5 min walk into town centre we will book again for next year thank you
