Location isn't pretty but it is convenient. Full English breakfast was a bit small for my husbands appetite. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Cocktails are pretty expensive though

massage, food, music at night (lovely surprise) pool
Pricey and over crowded.
Nice location with many other things to do close by.
Staff friendly but just need to re-think how many people are let in daily and spend time on maintenance requirements to get back to it's previous high standard.

If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

Clean. Spacious room. Outstanding en-suite. Unfailingly courteous and helpful staff. Terrific menu with excellent meals, locally sourced ingredients (venison pie to die for). Nothing too much trouble. Flexible re check in/out if possible (but pre-arrange). Perfect for the theatre/cinema (two minute stroll).

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. If you like walking there are great walks and history walks too!
Beautiful , spotlessly clean and spacious apartment on two floors with a contemporary and homely feel. The beds are super comfy. Stunning views of the Hills including Malvern Priory. Close to everything in Great Malvern including Great Malvern train station. There is no allocated parking but parking is plentiful in the side roads and during our stay I was able to park just opposite the apartment every evening. I can thoroughly recommend this lovely place.
The Foley Arms dates back to the early Nineteenth Century and is located in the Upper part of Great Malvern. The views from the rear terrace were outstanding over towards the Cotswolds and Vale of Severn. As usual the Wetherspoons prices for both food and drink make any other hostelry seem outrageously priced. We ate and drank almost exclusively in the hotel and ate and drank well. The staff were pleasant and friendly and engaged easily with us.
This place is a treasure - not just because it is clean, comfortable and charmingly quaint, but especially because of it's host, Mark. He treated me like a old friend, rather than a first time client.
An excellent breakfast cook, Mark is truly a "master chef" of omelettes!
Thank you, Mark. I look forward to staying with you again, very soon!
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it is one of our favourites. Staff were friendly, service good, food was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and a large bath with overhead shower so you could wash your hair. Great quiet location and good parking. Highly recommended.
Staff were really nice and accommodating given my work schedule and how late I would be getting in.
I couldn’t make breakfast as I had to leave early but room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even by the road side.
Parking just outside hotel feels safe as vehicle is in eye view of room and off road.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable, clean, with good facilities/equipment (i.e. flat screen tv with apps like Netflix, tea/coffee/biscuits, iron & board, hair dryer etc.) Hotel is well located in Great Malvern town centre.
The position of and resultant views from the hotel were great. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly, yet professional and efficient. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
Direct walking access up on to the Malvern Hills was fantastic!
The room was in the old part of the hotel as requested, and the hotel location within Great Malvern was superb which was one of the reasons for booking along with plenty of parking on site.
Breakfast was good , with plenty of choice, plenty of seating.
Lovely little hotel, beautifully decorated with lovely polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and the setting was perfect for walking into the centre of Great Malvern or travelling out sightseeing.
Location is good, however, they had a tina turner tribute act on so was no parking in the evening, parked about 300m on the road side. Seemingly hotel guests come second despite very expensive price of rooms.
Beautiful comfortable hotel in a lovely village, staff were so welcoming and caring, nothing was too much trouble for them. Evening meal and breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely visit again.
The bar area was nice and much better than most hotel bars, felt like a proper pub.
Nice touch of sweets in the room.
We’re accommodating to let us leave a bike in the laundry room overnight.
Colwall Park Hotel is a friendly welcoming place. It is in a village location just 4 minutes drive from Malvern. The breakfast and dinner was well tasty and well presented.
Lovely Spa Hotel, great facilities. Had one of the best facials ever - delivered by Claire. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good.
