Johnathan was amazing. He brought our bags to our room, then gave us a free upgrade when we requested a window. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are simple, but the beds are very comfortable and so are the towels. The breakfast is made to order, and excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town. I loved Marta our host, who was super kind and flexible with our accomodations and requests. Gladis the chef was amazing, her cooking is superb and her customer service is impecable. Adriana who was also part of the staff, was kind and very attentive. This group of women, make such a strong group that it makes worthwhile coming to San Rafael. The experience you get helps you want to stay more time or keep on coming back to them. They are very loving!
