Seville is a city that lends itself perfectly to just wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere. And there is plenty of atmosphere to soaked up.
People watching is very much a pastime here, and all over Seville restaurants teem with well-heeled locals enjoying a laid-back coffee or cerveza under the shade of a citrus tree.
The city also has its fair share of must-see sights. At the top of the list is Plaza de España whose monumental, semi-circular building is elaborately decorated with Andalusian tiles. Also typically Andalusian is the Seville Bull Ring, though what goes on inside may not be to everyone’s taste. The resting place of Christopher Columbus, UNESCO World Heritage-listed Seville Cathedral is an awe-inspiring structure whose vast vaults provide welcome relief from the heat of the day.
But it’s after dark that things really start to heat up. Streets pulse to the rhythm of flamenco, and with more bars per inhabitant than anywhere else in Europe, there’s no shortage of choice for nightlife.
Just on the outskirts of the city is Seville Airport. Public transport from here provides easy access to the array of Seville hotels, guest houses and apartments that Booking.com has to offer.

The main attractions are all within walking distance of each other so it was easy to get around.Lots of beautiful gardens which is unusual for Spanish cities.Lots of plants from different parts of the world.
We had a great tour guide called Valentino who brought the history of the city alive.
Most of the centre was pedestrian only so you did not have to worry about cars and their noise.
Lots of different cafe and restaurants catering to all budgets also some unusual ones.

Beautiful city, a lot to visit.
Beautiful city, a lot to visit. Think of booking cathedral and alcazar way in advance to have good spots : entering alcazar after 6pm is too late to see it all and to have explanations. It is big.
Some less famous spots can be as nice to visit as the cathedral or the alcazar.
Lots lots lots of churches!!
The audioguides were generally not good compared to what I had in Barcelona where everything was playful, smooth and instructive. Maybe I should have had more guided tours! People were mostly nice and though crowded it was not too much. I loved the general atmosphere of the town. I thought it was relaxing.
Gluten free options exist in Spain which is nice.

Sevilla is a very different Spanish city, larger areas to commune and eat outside providing a bustling fun vibe, with the river area a wonderful to wander around. Sevilla is a flat and easy walkable city with lots of wonderful tapas bars. The historical centre including the size and grandeur of the dominating Cathedral something to admire from all sides and Alcazar absolutely stunning, with more intricate decoration internally than the Alhambra, however the gardens don’t equate to Generalife. (Pre booking tickets a must for both). We fell in love with this city in our 24 hours and wished we had more time to embrace her culture and beauty.

Loaded with history, charm and an exceptional quality of...
Loaded with history, charm and an exceptional quality of life, Seville is an attractive tourist destination. We could have stayed two weeks and just enjoyed the Flamenco dances, the restaurant scene, the historical sights and just walking through the neighborhoods and sitting in the outdoor patios of all the cafes. It's so charming, you have to pinch yourself to remind that it is a privilege to be able to come all this way to enjoy it and that the residents put up with all of us tourists!
Set in the old town area of Seville the hotel is superbly located for visiting all the historic sites. The immediate area has an abundance of bars and restaurants just a few steps away.
The hotel is very much in the traditional Andalusian style, set around and internal courtyard, or patio. The decor and finishes are equally traditional with wrought iron balconies, tiled floors and plants everywhere.
The staff are pleasant and very helpful while quietly going about their work.
The best hotel on our three-centre trip!
A beautiful building. The room was bright and large, and not overly decorated. It felt very clean. The bed was very comfortable with clean, soft sheets. The bathroom was clean, the shower was good. The coffee in the room was great, and the breakfast was a nice touch, especially the fresh orange juice. The reception staff was very personable. It was the perfect place for a family of 3 to stay. We traveled to 5 cities in southern Spain and this was the best hotel. It felt the closest to being at home.
Such a classy apartment. Decorated tastefully and yet not cluttered which we have found with some of our stays. All new decorations rather than cast offs if you know what I mean. Small balcony with clothes line which was very handy. Decent size parking spots in garage which is also a bonus we have discovered in Spain😊 easy walk to the old town, about 20 mins and plenty of restaurants just around the corner on the Main Street. Highly recommend a stay here when is Seville.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was amazing, clean , comfortable, tasteful. The location excellent, but the very best was the nice lady on the reception, she was superb. I can't remember the name now, she was just delightful. I think this is on my top ten list of all the hotels I have ever been. I want to thank Soho Boutique Seville for making such good memories for me during my time in Seville. Thank you!
The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Location was only a 2-minute walk to the Cathedral square and all the main sites of the old town in Seville was equally easy to access.
The hotel was a beautiful historic building making it feel like a very authentic experience. The bed was superb and room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Staff were warm and genuine.
In our ten day trip to Spain, this was our best apartment. Super clean, perfect location, comfortable. Beds were wonderful. It was so modern and new. We used the washing machine. Last, no one tells you they have a concierge, Karina, who is available for WhatsApp for all your needs: taxi, restaurant recommendations, flamenco tickets, whatever.
Perfect location to explore the old town of Seville. The staff were really helpful and a lovely surprise when on day 3 the maid knocked on our door and offered us a bottle of fizz as a present to thank us for staying at the hotel - lovely gesture. The roof terrace and albeit small pool were lovely to come back to at the end of the day
Compact hotel on the edge of the old town of Seville, close to the train station and close to the Setas De Sevilla and the shopping district. Breakfast was very good and tasty - the Nespresso coffee in particular makes it! I used the pool on the roof. It is small but does the job if required. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location in the center of Seville. Wonderful family-run hotel with lots of charm. Breakfast on the roof is wonderful, and the breakfast food is really good, much better than many hotels in Spain. The best part is the welcome and the service from the family and the staff at the hotel!
Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Spain. The location was perfect, staff were friendly and bonus was that there are complimentary snacks, drinks that are always replenished. We even received a welcome drink of cava! We loved staying at this hotel.
The eminentes and facilities are great . It values much more than the price you pay.. location is very good. Staff are respectful and very helpful.
I had been in other hotels in Spain and surely it is much better than the others.
Nicely located hotel in midst of Seville old town. Short walk to tourist sites. Car parking was simple as staff ‘lose’ car for you. Rooms fair size. Nice roof terrace. Breakfast one of best we’ve ever seen. Staff very helpful.
The place is vibing and the staff is kind!! You feel like you are among your family!! I loved the idea of free diner in many days of the week!! I loved the activities that they suggest!! It’s one of the best hostels in Spain.
A quaint little gem of a hotel nestled amongst the lanes in the heart of the Old Town. Perfect location to explore Seville. Comfortable beds, great shower and cool a/c. Great value and will definitely stay again.
One of my favorite places I stayed in Spain. Sleek, modern. Smart TV, decent kitchen. Quieter than a lot of hotels in Spain at this price point. Walking distance to things location.
Everything. This was our favorite hotel we stayed at during our trip to Spain. Will be staying here again when we come back and will be recommending this place to friends and family!
