They had me on the top floor on this trip I reinjured my hip. They were so kind and upgraded me with a garden suite. It was amazing with a kitchen and two bedroom. I ate dinner and breakfast at the Copper Kiln and was amazing.

Great hotel near Dunfermline with its own parking. Wide range of hours for check - in and out. Clean room with its own bathroom and electric kettle. Really great breakfast.

The sevice was great. The staff was very helpful. The building has character. The location is great. To have the bar and restaurant inside is very convenient. It was very quiet. The luggage was offered to be carried upstairs for me without having to ask. There was always free bottled water in the room which was replenished every day. My room was made every day and the used towels replaced. The shower was small but the shower head and the flow of water was great.

The location is amazing, the room was lovely, the staff was phenomenal especially Jane.

The rooms were nicely updated and clean. The location suited us perfectly for exploring Dunfermline. Included breakfast was full Scottish.

In a nice city centre location. Very new fixture and fittings. Very clean and tidy with all the facilities that you would want for a comfortable stay. Lovely and informative owner I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city

What a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome, very accommodating with offers to provide a ride into town to catch train, offer to carry in our l.. just a great warm welcome

Great access by bus to the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel. Nice beds and shower. Desk clerk very helpful with directions and bus info.

Very cozy room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room is compact but comfortable sized. It had everything I needed, a very comfy bed, electric kettle, tv, fridge, it also was equipped with a fan which was great. Amazing and helpful staff. Loved the location too. Lovely town. Can reach Edinburgh city center in just 30 minutes by train. I will definitely advise anyone visiting Edinburgh to stay here. It is excellent value. Must visit the lovely serene walk next to the Linlithgow Loch if you’re staying here.
