So serene!! Beautiful building and grounds!! The front desk was so kind! The room was beautiful looking over the countryside and lake! We were so thankful to find a peaceful spot to stay after long travel! The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean! Lovely bathroom and shower too! Lived walking the property and enjoying the swans and other birds at the lake! Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!

There no vegetables on the breakfast. It is impossible to open the window in the room.

very clean, good and specious room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom.

Wholeheartedly recommend it. Nothing to complain about. Rooms clean with all necessary facilities. Breakfast diverse so everybody can find something to eat.

Added breakfast was amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean accommodation, excellent food.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable beds, good shower

Hotel in a village near Swindon so relaxed location. Car parking on site. Narrow entrance mentioned but we didn't find this at all of an issue ( standard width car) Nice room - bath in bathroom. Clean and nicely decorated. Within extremely close location of restaurants etc.

We have extended our stay at this lovely hotel.

Very helpful staff, lovely large clean room and lots of coat hangers. The hotel was very clean, especially the lift. Had dinner in the evening, which was hot and very tasty.

Staff were very nice, the food was amazing!!! And the location was even better.

Very kind manager Tash at the reception.

This was a short stop on the way to Bath. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is food across the parking lot for snacks and meals. Exactly as pictured. Wonderful. Good value for your money.

Beautiful setting in the countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Very friendly and attenuative staff, fabulous evening meal menu options and delicious breakfast, all served in room, with an option to dine in Restaurant too.

Stylish hotel with great breakfast.

This hotel was great! Mark greeted us at the door, was super welcoming, friendly and helpful after a very negative, stressful experience with another property which we chose to not stay in so this was a very last minute booking. Regardless of this being last minute, check in was super easy and quick and everything was sorted out for us bearing in mind we had literally booked the room about 5 minutes before arrival! The room was super comfortable, spacious and the building had loads of character which was lovely. We felt very safe and welcome. It also had great facilities, everything you needed and my partner didnt stop raving about the comfortable bed! Super happy, would definitely stay again. Thank you very much to Mark and the team for a great stay!

Very friendly staff. Great location

Excellently placed for our start of the Thames Path walk. Lovely staff and excellent facilities. I was even surprised to get a bath.

Staff, air conditioning, breakfast was plentiful.

The food was head and shoulders above most places, the menu may read as bar food, but some dishes were exceptional, the pork medallions with apple dumpling was something great.

Late Check in, Amazing Staff, nice room

Despite my booking did not seem to first appear on their systems, the staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. It is a cute old pub/ inn which seems to be a favourite of the locals. They are extremely dog friendly, the staff love and have dogs and recommended a nice wee local woods wander for us. The room was generally clean and good size, my extra requests were met very quickly and efficiently. There is a large shared bathroom between all 3 rooms. I found the bed comfortable. I had very nice veggie breakfast, good choices available.
