United StatesI loved the location, the rooms, the decor and the amenities. I also love the world class treatment from staff. Thomas and Greg (and the rest of the team) moved mountains to ensure that my trip was superb. To be honest, the service I received made me forget that I was on a work trip at some points. I take many work trips throughout the year and this hotel is way up there on my list. In fact, I can confidently say that this hotel has far better service than some more higher ranked places. I’ll definitely be back and I mean that wholeheartedly. This is the kind of place that makes you want to return. If you’re thinking about booking, run, don’t walk and get it done. You absolutely will not regret it. Thanks a million to Thomas, Greg and the team for a wonderful time.

What Guests Said About Brookmans Park:

Upon our first arrival, the standard of cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the bed linen appeared to have been used prior to our stay. Upon our second arrival, the condition was even worse, prompting us to contact the host. She assured us that compensation would be provided; however, we are still awaiting this, despite having followed up via text messages without receiving any response.
The accommodation was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. The refrigerator contained old food and was dirty inside, the floors were unclean, and there was waste left in the toilet. When these issues were raised, the host stated that, according to the terms and conditions, guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen. We have been unable to locate any such provision in the stated terms.
Furthermore, although the listing indicated that cooking facilities were available, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. There was no frying pan, and cleaning equipment was limited to a broom, with no vacuum cleaner or similar tools provided.
Due to these circumstances, we would not consider staying at this accommodation again.
