We are a family of 5. 2 adults 3 children ranging from 8-1. We had the most wonderful stay. Our eldest has autism and struggles away from home however he was extremely comfortable in the home. Especially as they provide books and his favourite thing lego! Everything was clean and tidy. we were provided with everything we needed. Great home in a great location. We had such a positive experience we will most definitely stay again

the location of this hotel is lovely it is easy to find all the staff were so helpful and so polite our room was clean the food was exceptional really enjoyed my short break there wish I could have stayed longer because there is lots to do and feel like I didn’t explore properly

    WORLDS WORST HOTEL!!!

    WORLDS WORST HOTEL!!! The music in the bar downstairs (from the same host) was playing music so loud that the floor was constantly vibrating. The rooms weren't cleaned the shower and bed was full of MOLD The ventilation system was probably neverr cleaned in 30 years The rooms were full of BEDBUGS When we asked for a refund the morning after we were refused and left early because we were so disgusted!

    Not good the place absolutely stunk and doors all broke didn’t lock Properly not safe All drainage visible under the showers darent even go the toilet just wanted to leave even looked for another hotel in the area couldn’t get anything

    The beds were very comfy; the food was great, as well as great value for money; the staff were amazing and couldn't be faulted Parking was very limited and awkward to get a space; the bedrooms were very basic - no handwash in the bathroom; at breakfast, they only offered tea or coffee - no hot chocolate or fruit juice

    FILTHY with exceptionally questionable stains. The mattress was about an inch thick and again disgusting stains. The blinds...yup. Stained. The toilet only connected one side. Shower? I wouldn't even shower my dog in it. The carpets were a health hazard. No door handle so very unsafe. The pub was definitely a "locals only" pub. No way would a family be safe there. After 5 minutes we all checked out and drove elsewhere. All of us felt dirty and itchy and needed to stop as soon as we could to wash our hands. I have never felt this dirty from accommodation in my life and I've stayed all over including some really deprived areas but have never seen filth like this. An absolute health hazard and completely unsafe.

    very convenient for shops food etc room fine for my visit breakfast good car park full but found local parking okay could be a problem weekdays corridor noisy due to on route to outside carpark people leave outside door open all the time.

    Handy for the town and attractions like Drayton Manor just down the road. A few shops that seem to be frequented by locals. The pub allows you to bring food in purchased from the local facilities. Free tea and coffee all through the day. A very warm welcome with staff happy to help.
