Located in Nantwich, 0.9 mi from Stapeley Water Gardens, The Railway Hotel provides accommodations with a garden and free private parking. Free WiFi and room service are featured. Been staying here for years now whenever I go to Nantwich. Jane & Nigel are great hosts, all the staff are lovely , rooms clean and comfortable, super breakfast always . This time it was impossible to get taxis, the local taxis are a disaster ! Nigel came to the rescue though , whenever, wherever you wanted to go anywhere, Nigel was on hand , absolutely fantastic he was ! He even dropped me to Crewe Station the morning of my departure . Been coming here for about 13 years now and it's been consistently great. Beatles themed bar and rooms sets it apart too. You get used to the quality of each visit , and I really miss it when I stay in other towns and cities , as they don't come close to my stays in The Railway Hotel . Looking forward to my next visit already !!! 10/10

The Crown Hotel is a 16th century, Grade I listed building in the historic market town of Nantwich. With free parking, the property has been a central feature of the the town for more than 400 years. Outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. When I asked to move rooms due to an being adjacent to a birthday party in full swing, the manager arranged it without delay. The food was excellent, the beer just as good, and all served with a smile and pleasant conversation. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nantwich is a lovely market town, would definitely recommend anybody to visit this beautiful town. The location is also brilliant as there are so many places to visit from there ..... such as Chester, North Wales, Liverpool &Manchester. We absolutely fell in love with Nantwich.
Stayed at the Crown Hotel overnight on Sunday for a charity Northern Soul all-dayer hotel was amazing so quaint and olde worlde and spotlessly clean we had a fabulous breakfast on Monday morning at the Piece Meal Restaurant 7B Beam Street, Nantwich CW5 5LR don't let the look put you off we were starving and at first were reluctant to go in asat first it does not look very appealing but get past that and give it a try and you will enjoy very nice service & excellent food I had the all-day breakfast 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of black pudding, beans & a slice of fried bread all freshly cooked to order a good-sized portion and 2 slices of toast that were exceptionally fresh and tasty and a milky coffee my wife took the scrambled egg with an extra portion of sauteed mushrooms which she said was all cooked to perfection the scrambled egg being one of the best she has had anywhere.
Nantwich is lovely. It is a small town with lots of old 'crooked' buildings. There are lots of pubs, (some with live music in non covid times), pavement cafes, & some restaurants. There is also a large park area where you can walk & a lovely canal walk, where you can easily pass a couple of hours strolling. All in all, in our opinion, Nantwich is a perfect place to spend a few days. We'll be back.
Picturesque and charming historic market town, compact enough to explore on foot. Wide variety of shops, restaurants and pubs. Also some lovely cafes, each with their own character and ambience, many of which have outdoor seating areas. Excellent centre from which to explore the surrounding attractions / countryside and for some great events including the annual Nantwich Words and Music Festival. Plenty of reasonably priced car parks within easy walking distance of the town centre.
A lovely town with various shops and local tourist sights. An indoor market and an antique/visitor centre just 4 miles away. A river and canal with paths for walking beside and a park. Managed to bag a bargain of 80% discount as Laura Ashley was closing down. The local Thai restaurant was promising and staff lovely but food pretty poor to average.
Charming town with so much going on every week end. Village market at the church hall is superb. Good restaurants and coffee shops. Local tourist bureau has excellent information leaflets to show what is going on in the area.
Nantwich
We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were lovely and decorated and had everything we needed. We felt very at home here and had a lovely village feel. We ate in the restaurant for both a evening meal and breakfast and we loved it. The location had everything and was a short drive in to Nantwich as well and was perfect for a wedding we were attending around the corner. Would recommend!!
Nantwich
The hotel dates back to the 1500,s and is very quirky with lopsided floors, stairs etc. The rooms are a little dated but good size and very comfortable. Staff were very attentive and the bar area and food is very good. Would definitely stay here again when next in Nantwich
Nantwich
Lovely location, convenient to our family, pub in walking distance although didn’t try. Short drive to Nantwich and the lake and river. Loved the family sheep in field outside door. Cosy little bolt hole and in good weather garden space.
Great hotel. Couldn’t of wished for better. Staff most welcoming. Bar staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Bar was kept spotless. My room was based above the bar. Couldn’t hear a thing. I really enjoyed my stay xxx
Nantwich
I like the fact that it’s where it should be in Nantwich, with its own parking space and Un disturbed very quiet, better than any hotel very luxurious where you can cook a meal and entertain.
