Peebles is a beautiful little town set on the River Tweed. There are loads of walks and spectacular views. The birds we saw were amazing, crested gold finch and buzzards red starts and too many chiffon chaffs! The staff were all really smiley, chatty and friendly and really making and added plus to this hotel. Each was willing to engage, to help and to chat.
