The hotel was lovely and clean and the check in process was really easy. I made the most of the facilities by using the gym and enjoying the complimentary breakfast. Everything was spotless and I could tell the place is really looked after. This hotel is ideal for those on a work trip or wanting to be close to the city centre. I will be staying here again, thank you!

Perfect size room for a family of 5 Exceptionally clean the cleaning staff were amazing am a cleaner for a living and they were spotless Swimming pool was an added bonus kept the kids entertained however there was an age restriction on the jacuzzi so had two upset children most the time in the pool because they couldn’t understand why the couldn’t go in Breakfast was amazing All towels included even for the pool All bath products also included Will definitely be going again

Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. our room was bigger than we’d expected and was absolutely immaculately clean. All staff were so lovely- couldn’t do enough to help you. There’s a restaurant serving good quality food and the breakfast has something for everyone. We would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Quiet and comfortable. Water pressure was good. Outlets all worked. Wifi connected easily and had zero network issues. Staff were kind and attentive and held my bag for a few hours. Ibis has proven itself as the top contender for capsule hotel comfort.

Check out isn't until 11am, so offers a little more time away Fantastic location for all the City has to offer. Discounted close parking when staying at hotel.
