The apartment was fantastic. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean and was in a convenient location. The kitchen was fully equipped and was able to cook there. The owner was very friendly and spoke English. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Very comfortable apartment. One room with a private bathroom with a tube , sink and toilet, second bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet. In the kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine (not Nespresso compatible) and toaster. Enough utensils.. There is a washing machine outside of the apartment that all the apartments can use... and the drying rock. There is a nice pool, a ping pong table and trampoline. A lot of space outside the apartment for dining or chilling. For the summer 🌞 heat there is air conditioning in the living room (we opened there the sofa🛏️ as double bed, that was very comfortable). The heating is working in all the rooms for cold days. There is soap and capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Good internet, big Tv in the living room with Netflix and smart tv, enough sockets for charging phones.

I visit this wondrous palazzo time and time again. It is the essence of Italy - Timeless design, well thought out comfort, walkable location, warm and welcoming staff. Patrizia, the owner, is a beautiful force of nature, greeting guests personally, provisioning the linen cupboards with exquisite vintage pieces, and filling the rooms with tasteful and cozy furnishings.     It is a beautiful flat in a beautiful medieval town on Amelia. The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very well equipped - the owner Paola made sure we have sufficient amenities, coffee and sweets, even welcome drink! She made us feel very welcomed. It is only a few hundred yards from shops and restaurants too. You can get out to the balcony and can see the roofs of the town. Everything was magical. We had a great time.

    This a very beautiful former priests' house in the centre of Amelia, with elegant features. Our room was - I think - the biggest, and was huge and beautifully decorated, with a newly renovated bathroom. Patrizia and her daughter are warm, and friendly and extremely helpful with local recommendations, early check out etc. They have done an amazing job decorating the property.

    Lovely country house near Amelia. It's in the middle of nowewhere which was wonderful for us. At the same time you have a lovely town of Amelia nearby as well us the the rest of Umbria within your reach. The host was very reponsive and helpful and the house is gorgeous - it has all the ammenities needed and we've had a great time. Definitely recommend!
