The house is perfect for a couple, a bit small for a family, but a week its convenient. Rome is just 1 hour drive.

About 15min drive to train station, then half an hour by train to Rome. Apartment was part of family home set in nice rural area, definitely need a car. Apartment was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. Furnished simply but everything was functional. Parking right outside door. Secure. Balcony had beautiful views.

Casa Anita is located in Mentana, 10 miles from Rebibbia Metro Station, 13 miles from Bologna Metro Station, as well as 13 miles from Tiburtina Metro Station. Absolutely lovely and unique place ! With a small rental car (Lancia Ypsilon 4 door) hatchback we had no parking problems at all and could always find a parking lot in front of the house or 50 Meters next to it. (We stayed 4 nights) From the acommodation we needed around 25 Minutes to Romas Rebibia Metro station (Line B) where we could park the car for only 1,50 Euro /12 hours. Especially the upper floor with the couch and tv chill room was absolutely amazing ! The appartment had 3 TV screens and on all of them we could stream music via youtube or watch something via netflix. We´ve also had perfect support from the host who ensured himself several times if everything was alright and if we could find everything. We can´t wait to come back to this place and normally we had to buy this nice location ourselfes ! Also we´ve had a wonderful experience to cook ourselves cacio e pepe pasta in the nice kitchen ! Generally we were amazed by the flowers and decoration style of the entire house !

This was a nice place for us to stay outside or Rome. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The town is quaint with some great views of the valley below. There are plenty of services close by when you are in need. We had our car so it was easy to go into Rome as needed. It is a great value for the Rome area.
