The wonderful host came immediately when we arrived and was super friendly. The apartment had absolutely everything (and more!!!), coffee, teas, cookies, chocolates, shampoo, toothbrushes (if you needed them), shaving cream, bottles of water, milk, washing machine and detergent..... I could go on and on, everything was thought of. And the bed was super comfortable.

Very good accommodation. Distance: 8-10 minutes to the train station. We got up early in the morning to visit as much of Tuscany as we could. Although breakfast was not included, there was always something in the fridge or on the table for a quick snatch. Butter with jam was my favorite as the jam was locally made.

We booked for one week all apartments at the property for a small event in mid-September, which was simply AMAZING. The view, the location, and the rustic feeling of the estate were truly authentic experiences for everyone. We traveled together with the family and close friends, plus we had three babies and one kid in the group, and everyone enjoyed their own space while still being able to join the group in the common area for a grill or by the poll. Location-wise, we could easily reach the village, and you can also leave your car in the P&R next to the train station (5min drive from the accommodation) and jump on the train towards Florence, Pisa, etc. Special thanks to Vanessa for accommodating our requests, to Giulia for the fantastic wine and olive oil tasting, and last but not least to Giacomo, who helped us plan an unforgettable event at the Osteria (just across the street from the estate). The food, the service, and the vibes were super friendly, and we will definitely return! :) Oana&Akos

Exceptional Villa resort - extraordinary level of customer service. Bespoke meals curated to our taste. 5 Star cleanliness and luxury. The entire staff - especially Meirko and Eva made us feel right at home. The owner of the property Mr Massimo said goodbye and thanked us for the stay. Awesome! and highly recommended.

    This is a gem of a city! Kindness lives here. The older local residents are welcoming. We were on a two day holiday; a perfect meeting point for our international friends! We enjoyed Osteria Cantagallo, local Tuscan oil and regional cuisine. We discovered many wonderful shops and enjoyed the exceptional handmade Tuscan Ceramics class with master potter Salvatore at La Galleria Montelupo! The tour by family, led by Matteo was informative and quality of this shop was outstanding! The ceramic museum also provided history, and is managed by professional, kind staff. It is a walkable city, near a train line and dog friendly. We found perfect Gelati and Bar Pasticceria Vezzosi ... which is like a dream ~ delicious variety of fresh pastry.

    Amazing location with great views.

    Amazing location with great views. The road is a bit hard to ride. In total there are 4 apartments. Very clean and enough space for everyone. 20 min with train to Florence. We had a great holiday and enjoyed the pool a lot.

    The house was great and big enough for a 4 member family. It is easy to find. The host replied my questions in a few minutes and helped in every issue. There are all kitchen items from olive oil to pans. You can plan your breakfast lunch or dinner at home which has a dining table. There are regional trains to go to Pisa or Florence. It is not expensive. İnstead of staying in Pisa or Florence in an uncomfortable hotel with a high price, you can choose this house and visit the cities daily.

    The hosts were the most friendly people on earth. We could feel like at home. The breakfast was basic and therefore great: coffee of your choice and a lot of pastry as well as yoghurt, corn flakes and tosts. For a dinner you can choose a restaurant 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel or other places in the town which seems like one of those in the mountains when you go skiing. Also easy to get from the center of Florence by train.

    Wow what an amazing place! Melania puts a lot of heart into this little hotel. The room was extra clean, we checked everywhere because we were in shock how clean it was. Air Conditioning was great, breakfast was great although very sweet.
