the room were very spacious, breakfast was no less than amazing with magnificent views, the property is very accommodating for children with a high quality kids club and we even got kids amenities! there are nice activities trot free (including Pilates classes!)

The location was amazing, the stuff was so friendly and so helpful ordering us a taxi for a planned activity!! The breakfast was always fresh and you could sit outside and enjoy the most incredible view ever. ☀️

Beautiful villa, very comfortable room and amenities. It has a restaurant in the first floor that locals go to for a nice dinner. All staff was very helpful, food at the restaurant was delicious. Also, excellent breakfast included.

Fabulous location with wonderful 360' views, lovely helpful staff and host, delicious food made with local ingredients. Would definitely recommend hiring the e-bikes for touring the surrounding countryside.

Extremely helpful and kind hosts. We arrived early and they greeted us with warm focaccia and their delicious olive oil to thank us for our patience while they finished the cleaning. When asked to refer us to a tailor to shorten the sleeves of my father's new jacket, they not only found one but dropped it off and picked it up for us. When it rained during our stay, they texted us indoor attractions we could visit. So sweet and thoughtful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was a very generous welcome basket in the kitchen and in the fridge, full of local products. This attention to detail continued with the high quality Tuscan soap, creme, shampoo, etc. as well as bath robes that were provided. Location is quiet in the countryside, convenient to visit Volterra and San Gimignano and local vineyards. Great value for money.
