We love where this hotel is located. If you want to do shopping at the outlet and several moles with tons of delicious eat options and if you need to stay nearby, a convention center like a concert. This is perfect for you. It’s a full service hotel resort style And they even have a laundry, vending machine, and luggage delivery service. I love their super friendly and very kind and helpful staff over there! Especially to the gentleman who helped us with luggage delivery service before we left for Korea, and we were returning to Japan, the last leg of our trip.Very large and spacious room with full amenities! Train station is literally right across the street.

The public bath on the top floor was very nice. The resting area on the same floor was also clean and well designed. The laundry room was also spacious and the location was well thought of as I could start the washing machine and enjoy the hot bath and pick it up when I'm out of the bath.

Very comfortable beds, and relaxing to have a nice warm bath at the public bath. Excellent Japanese set breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent and great location

Very good! The location, the staff services and facilities!

Cleanliness and ambience… staff members are all very respectful.

Location is perfect for attending nearby events or going to the baseball stadium or even the beach (but no swimming). Outlet mall nearby and shopping + food places near MTR station. All within 10 minutes walking.

Great place, good Staff and very tasty Breakfast in Japanesse Way:)

Quiet, and very near to train station.

We really enjoyed the phenomenal breakfast! Cheers to the chef and staff for an excellent food experience! We also loved the public bath. It was clean, spacious, relaxing and so refreshing! The receptionist were kind and professional. Always greeted us with a welcoming smile. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything literally near the station, very friendly staff and cooperative Clean rooms, spacious rooms Also, this is my second stay

Accessible, clean and comfortable to stay

the breakfast was amazing every morning, very accommodating staff. the hotel is located right where we needed to be and within walking distance from many nice areas to explore including Japanese gardens and a large mall while still attending our conference.

The location was great and close to the train station. The staff were helpful and kind.

the breakfast! the rice was so good I can eat it on its own (I don’t normally do that) their staff is very friendly and accommodating too! I stayed here as it was near the location I needed to go to for a concert (Makuhari Messe) and this hotel has a free shuttle bus that I took for convenience.
