Easy access to the airport, very clean location.

Well , to be honest with you Hotel & villa 7 Staff was very kind and polite with me and one more thing, it is well located , everything was under my feet , here are clear example : restaurant , bar, bus , train ...

My stay was excellent, the facilities are relatively new, and the staff was very friendly.

The people were very friendly and helpful. Especially Sergio who was helpful with tours and general information. Julio was very nice helpful.

It was quite big for the price, totally equipped and overall clean

What we like the personnel extremely accommodating and friendly much much above the line of duty people that love what they do no doubt will come back again

It was clean and spacious with friendly staff ready to help. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. Two complementary water bottles in the bathroom were provided. The shower had hot water with good water pressure. Located across from the MEX Airport, the free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes took about 6 min to get to the terminal. They have 2 restaurants on the main floor and they provided fruit infused water in the lobby.

The Hotel met my expectations for the 2nd time. The front desk manager Nayeli Elias was a welcoming presence on my check-In. She is professional, engaging, and efficient. I was also greeted by her during my dinner break to see if we needed anything. A wonderful representative for any Hotel. We enjoyed the cool calm vibe at the lounge and the dinner restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC worked great and a small minibar makes for small snacking at night.

Food and attention was excellent

- Location - Price is good for this neighbourhood (San Rafael) - Cleaning staff is helpful - On site restaurant is convenient - The front desk gave me an extra blanket when I asked. There was no extra blanket in the room.

We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel from the room to the dining. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging for a doctor's visit to the hotel and arranging for the medication to be delivered. From the management to the service staff, everyone was compassionate and went beyond to ensure that we received the best assistance and care. We are seasoned travelers and have rarely encountered this level of professionalism. We highly recommend the Krystal and will definitely stay here whenever in Mexico City.

Dear pet owners Please take the time to read my full review. I am half Canadian and half Mexican, for me my 2 beautiful Yorkshires are my family. I am glad that I was able to find a spot for my furry friends. This hotel is well known for their hospitality, I had the best experience so far in Mexico City. I had started in all the hotels near by the airport and this is the only one that I could call home.

location of hotel, room in hotel. I paid extra for a junior suite but the room is spectacular overlooking the presidential palace, square and cathedral. the room displays beautiful Mexican decor and the bed is the best I've slept in

As soon as you arrive to the hotel you are greeted by the bellman, who are dressed in an antique uniform. Wonderfull staff, accurate information with our rooms and reservations. They inmediately invite you to the lounge that has an Amazing view of the Zocalo. The main focus is the architecture of the hotel, that beautiful vitral is the main character of the space. Loved it all!!!!

A bit awkward to find and there is no elevator for anyone with physical limitations. Lots of stairs.

Very clean room, large shower with great water temperature and pressure. Very good location to explore the historic center. A lot of variety in the included breakfast.

The rooftop pool and bar were wonderful, breakfast was amazing. Rooms are very cool and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful.
