Absolutely fantastic place, this is one of those 11/10 places that you find very rarely even if you travel a lot. Spacious room, saunas, indoor and outdoor pool (with an incredible view), onsite restaurant with staff prepared to adjust the meals with your personal preferences (vegetarian, gluten free etc). The whole team is so sweet and the atmosphere is cosy as at home.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa, which is truly perfect for families. The view is absolutely breathtaking, resembling something out of a paradise. The peace and tranquility here are unmatched, making it the ideal place to unwind and relax. The villa itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property is stunning, with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the mesmerizing landscape. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Without a doubt, we will be back. Highly recommended!

What a sweet little cabin! We only stayed there one night but wished we could have stayed longer. It was in a great location near the Miradouro Escalvado for the most beautiful sunset. The cabin was clean and well cared for. We especially loved the warm dip in the hot tub in the evening. The communication with the owner was excellent.

    An amazing place - the cabins are so well positioned for peace and privacy. Comfortable and well equipped. Bed was so comfortable - combined with the peace and the darkness, made for an excellent sleep. We loved cosying up with the fire of an evening and strolling around the lake. I would recommend it to anyone.

    Beautiful landscape from the mountain . The lake is a good place. Nothing is really done to allow the tourist on night in sete cidades. There are 3 restaurants . Two of us are awful in price and quality . One of them on the border of the lake doesn’t like the tourist if I refer to the lack of laugh of the waiters. One another restaurant has very very bad quality of food. The third one is good but with only buffet all included proposal and not traditional family cooking as we encounter in the rest of the island. It is better to come on the day and leave to go on another place for the night and for the restaurant.

    Sete cidades is very beautiful for the naturelover and the families who want to discover quiet villagelife. It is nice to discover surroundings early and after the tourists who pass through come. You need to be aware that the weather is often or cloudy around the lakes or up, not so often blue sky. But, clouds pass quickly and the walks around have some stunning views when the sky opens. In the village is a traditional bakery with fresh warm bread.
