An amazing hotel. It truly has everything you could want, with a fresh, young, modern, and tech-savvy vibe where you can tell every detail was carefully planned. The facilities are top-notch: meeting rooms, work spaces, gym, laundry and ironing room, and much more. The rooftop is incredible, with a pool, bar, and fantastic atmosphere. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. And most importantly—the location. Simply the best location in Porto. The breakfast is truly wonderful.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms exceeded my expectations—super spacious, always spotless, and incredibly comfortable. And oh my god, the room service was super fast! Every detail felt luxurious, making it a true 5-star experience. The food at the bar was simply amazing, with delicious options. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Miguel and Rafael—they were an absolute delight! 😍 Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made my first week in Portugal feel like home. The hotel’s location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to the city center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. Highly recommended! ✈️

Excellent location close enough to all of the historic center’s many attractions (a good 10-15 minute walk to almost everything ) but away from all the chaos and crowds found closer to some of the monuments.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice when I return to Porto. The establishment boasts a rich historical background and holds the prestigious UNESCO registration. Loved the location, loved the size, style and comfort of the room. Beautiful view from the room. The staff was extremely helpful! I handed them a list and said this is what I want to see, what’s the best way to do it. They pulled out a convenient map and circled all the attractions I wanted and mapped out the best route. It worked so well that we saw 90% of what we wanted in one day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed really comfortable! I would stay there again if I was coming back to Porto!

    We didn't really visit Valbom, we stayed here as we were visiting Porto but wanted a hotel with a pool. I would recommend staying here as the hotel is stunning, clean and the staff are so lovely! If you're wanting to experience Porto, it's about a 40 min walk or an Uber ride to the centre. There's not really any public transport but the Ubers are cheap enough! Definitely stay here again!

    Nothing was right was disgusting all bathroom alwwas broke,doors s,smell urine everywhere cockroaches 🪳 in floors ,beds dirt with bedding was dirt with sperm and the matters full all blood . Just one thing not good to go there never mind with family .. now one think I wil never book anything with booking either…

    Valbom/Gramido is about a 55 minute walk from Campanha...

    Valbom/Gramido is about a 55 minute walk from Campanha station and another 25 minutes from the centre. Some of that walk is along the Riverside but parts are uphill. There are buses but no Metro. On the upside There is free parking on many streets There are a few local bars and a couple of restaurts next to the river and their is a small beach.
