The looks and feeling of the hotel, beds are super comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud, amazing! Never had room service before, it was definitely worth getting, the staff was great and friendly, food was really great, definitely better than other hotel food I had in the past, actually good quality food.

    We were here just one day, but were impressed by the architecture. Would have loved to spend more time exploring neighborhoods and checking out the architecture. We had an excellent dining experience near our hotel (The Edward). If in Buffalo, try Mother's. Cozy vibe, great food and cocktails, reasonable prices.

    I liked being able to go to Niagara Falls in Canada. I also liked the history of Buffalo. It really is a cool city. I wouldn't mind going again in a different season. We ate at a couple of brewerys. We also enjoyed the pastries at the butter block?

    I grew up near Buffalo but don't make a habit of coming back too often. It has been nice to see how the city's evolved and I actually might have to start coming back for leisure instead of just a travel hub!

    I have a love for great food and brew.

    I have a love for great food and brew. Wings at Gabriel's - Awesome!! The Griffon Gastropub in Niagara Falls (Military Road) - EXCEPTIONAL!! The food and service was really great, and the beers, hats off to the brewer! Wish they bottled it or sold it here! Thank you!! Heard good things about Mother's - don't go there if you are in town for a football game and root for an opposing team as the chef may not be nice.

    Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification.

    Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification. Lots of hipsters running good restaurants. Historically it is as fascinating as St Louis. I had no idea it was the Silicon Valley of the US at the turn of the 20th century. Tesla and Westinghouse and the Erie Canal before really had an impact. The architecture is historic. The Art Museum is a National Treasure. As is the Frank Lloyd Wright and its neighborhood

    The weather in late August was amazing!!

    The weather in late August was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful. Visited the Ellwood neighborhood, on a Saturday. Live music, food trucks, vendors and cute places to shop. So many people out in such a beautiful neighborhood! You MUST drive over to see Niagara Falls US side and visit the state park!!

    Nice basic room, cleaning is ok. After taking a rental car we parked just at the hotel entrance (not much space there so in case the hotel is crowded you may need to park on the street), before we enjoyed the shuttle service of the hotel (for any destination in the neighborhood) and it was very useful and comfort. The staff was very helpful. Formally no breakfast is offered in the deal, but basic element (coffee, fruits, bagels etc.) was offered in the morning. Nice that a laundromat is part of the hotel.

    The staff at Buffalo hotel was extremely helpful, and they made sure our stay was very comfortable. Our travel plan was changed in the last minute, and they were so accomodative on changing dates for us. It is located in nice neighbourhood with stores / cafe / restaurant. The building does not appear as "hotel", so it had nice feeling of staying something unique.

    Great location. Super close to the bus station where you can catch a bus to Niagara Falls. Same for the bus stop where the bus to the airport depart from. Spacious, comfortable room. Hotel is a bit...vintage. But it's clean and serves its purpose.
