United StatesThe property was exactly as pictured - absolutely beautiful and charming! It was small, but it was just for my husband and myself and we spent 2 nights. Everything was clean, decorated impeccably, not fancy, but everything you could need. The "view" was of the outdoor patio area that was very private and cute. And I don't think it was in the pictures, but on the other side of the tall hedge, there's another patio area with a full dining table. The location is great if you like Summerland and Montecito. The only slight negative I would mention is that the property is on a really quiet culdesac and as far as I could tell the only access to get anywhere was out via the busy highway which is not walkable in this area, so you've got to drive. I stayed in this area many times and typically need to drive most places anyway and the setting and the ambiance and the privacy were well worth being in the middle of town. This place is perfect if you are looking for some alone time or time with your special person. You will have total privacy and quiet in a beautiful setting, very close to Summerland, Montecito and Santa Barbara. FYI also a small kitchen, had coffee and some spices and condiments. Really a great set up!
