We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer than 2 nights. Location is on lake with about a 15 minute drive to down town. Several restaurants are nearby with one a two minute walk. Absolutely beautiful views of the lake whether from the guest room, breakfast area or outdoor sitting area. Rooms are very tastefully done and we enjoyed the owners artwork throughout the property. Breakfasts were great and hosts were very helpful. We will be back.

Food, pool, & staff were wonderful. (Valentina at reception was really helpful and patient. She helped to make the stay more enjoyable.)
Location is beautiful but drive to hotel is challenging. Guest arrival during daylight hours is strongly encouraged.

This is a high quality property. First of all the location is close to the regular tourist attractions in a safe area. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the shower very good.
Pilar the host is very helpful with any needs you might have. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch.

Beautifully decorated guesthouse with lovely views and high-quality rustic ambience. Excellent breakfast. Great location away from the centre of Puerto Natales but walking distance from two great restaurants - The Singular and Florentina in Simple. Hosts were very helpful including kindly looking after our luggage whilst we did the W trek.

This place is heaven. The owners are some of the best humans you'll ever meet. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, warm, clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are perfect, beds and cosy. A fireplace in each room prelit for your arrival to keep you warm too. The breakfast is incredible and their dog is super sweet and friendly.
The owners helped us after a travel day of stress. Providing not just solutions but support. They truly go above and beyond. Meeting people like this makes travelling all the more worthwhile and we will be forever grateful to them both.
There's no better option in Cochrane and throughout traveling to over 35 countries this was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. Thank you again Carlos and Nela.
