Amazing room, a view, every little detail in the room. Sparkling clean. The breakfast in the cafe connected to the hotel (The Huxley), a lot of options, all taste perfect, and the staff is very friendly. We also went to their bar a bit further the road - nice and quiet, 20% off on food for the guests. All in all - we loved our stay!

The location was ideal for our needs with easy access to the tram system. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied. All of the additional amenities were appreciated. The communication with the team of hosts was excellent. We'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Edinburgh. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was excellent — close to the tram and bus stop for easy travel, and even a fantastic pub just behind the property. It was also very convenient to reach the castle and the city centre. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Room was large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Easy walk to the main points of interest. Very friendly staff that allowed luggage storage after checkout. We did not get breakfast but it looked delicious!
