Fantastic hotel in a very central location. Great view from my window too!

Close to attractive places Close to train station Price is reasonable

I loved how clean and modern the hotel is

Location was brilliant and the rooms were a good size

Our room was very nice and spacious. The color scheme of red and gray was nice. We loved the lighted doors. The bathroom was also roomy and very nice. I loved the lighted magnifying mirror. The rainfall shower and heated towel rack were also very nice.

Perfect location in the heart of Edinburgh, with everything within easy walking distance. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and a great base for exploring the city. Friendly service and a lovely stay overall!

Clean bedsheets, provided clean blanket cover and also clean washroom with everything e.g.hand wash, tissues.

Perfect location, the room is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful

The location is absolutely perfect! Not too far from all the major monuments, but also in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was comfortable and clean. Everything was simply right.

Honestly the staff is what makes this place. The crew that work at the front are absolutely lovely and amazing. Always so extremely helpful and patient and kind.

Lovely staff and great position.

It was well located, modern, clean and efficient with friendly staff.

The location was excellent! Right in the city center. Everything was walkable. The staff was great, very hospitable. We took the tram from the airport to the hotel and it was only a 5 min walk from the tram. I would stay here again.

The location was great! To the left of the entrance is a close, alleyway, leading to the royal mile. Across the street from the hotel is another close leading to the train station, or, if you don’t want to climb the stairs you can walk around the corner.

Friendly and helpful staff. All areas pretty clean. Not many options at breakfast buffet but really good and enough. Friday night live music, good drinks and good food.

The property is in a great location
