Location is great, nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes to visit and with good connections to central London. The concept is very relaxed and the shared areas are very nice.

We were at the hotel to attend The Quirks Event which is an industry event and ended up staying at the same hotel. The O2 Shopping Centre was good and walkable which made the stay east, else the location of the hotel is not good. It is very far from Central London. Breakfast at the hotel was good, could be better though. Room was decent sized and easily accommodated 2 of us.

Beautiful stay, perfect location. Staff were very friendly. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade that was welcomed and the room was amazing. Bed was very comfy and we had great views of outside. We received a voucher for a free drink in the bar of the evening and a free coffee and croissant in the morning. The towels were fluffy, the robe was soft and the White Company products were a nice touch

Beautiful spacious, clean and comfortable room welcomed with chocolate and fudge on arrival was a bonus.. wonderful 5 star a la carte breakfast with a great view of the bustling city in the morning . The staff were exceptional; Edward had allowed us an extended check out since we had a late departure from the airport later in the day. Excellent location with a unique cylindrical architecture( can be spotted from afar more like a landmark in the area) thank you and looking forward to come back.
