The room was beautiful. Amazing views and very clean. There were three of us with plenty of sleeping space and comfort. Park hotel was the last hotel on our two weeks stay in Japan and it far exceeded all the hotels we stayed at. We were very grateful to be able to experience such a lavish hotel at the end of our tour. We had forgotten some important items at our previous hotel and Park Hotel contacted our last accommodation which we were having difficulty talking to on the phone and made arrangements to have the items shipped home which was extremely helpful. We had a very late flight on our last day out and was so grateful that we could store our 10 pieces of luggage in their back room until we were ready to go, they held a cab for us and walked us downstairs to find the location and sent us our way which also felt like a nice touch. We enjoyed the lobby latte, machine too!

Everything! Good clean comfortable large rooms. Nice buffet breakfast. Nice afternoon happy hour. Very, very nice staff. We appreciated the welcome Sake and mochi also!

Any Japanese hotel that has the option for AC to be turned on in the winter is amazing! Additional plus was that it was in a great location and two blocks away from a major train station.
