The room and bathroom were clean, quiet, bed good, aircon efficient enough, host always available on the phone, friendly and helpful, bars in front of the building were no problem and ok, location not far from center, relatively quiet.

1st property was small but had all it needed. Got hot but was good with a fan that was provided. Needs additional fan in kitchen/living space. Called Barbara to request cancellation of room. She was very understanding and offered another apartment for us to view and we accepted.
2nd property was spacious and very comfortable. With windows open it stayed cooler. Had fan in bedroom which made it comfortable. Needed another fan in living space which we had purchased for the other apartment and left for next renter.
Apartment Estrela Heart is located in Lisbon, just 3 miles from Jeronimos Monastery and 3.1 miles from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte.

Good price. Good apartment. Good location. Good attention. Recommended for short stances. Carlos was kind and clear giving check-in instructions and more. He also provided a lot of tourist information and plans to do in Lisbon or out the city and nearby locations such as Sintra or Cascais.

The location is amazing …you can walk everywhere . The host is fantastic with communication. Easy Tuba Koymen get the keys and drop. Be aware the rooms are on the lower level so you will carry your luggage’s

The property is in a great location, is comfortable and clean. Our host/staff was easy to communicate with and left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy. You are in city center full of nightlife but there are three floor fans that create the perfect amount of white noise to make it disappear. The apartment is big enough that my group all felt comfortable.
