From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful right away. Luggages were taken care of the minute we stepped in the hotel. For our experience at Skai Bar — it was exceptional. Customer service was on point. Rozette and the manager took good care of us and even gave us drinks exactly to our liking. We loved every minute of it. For our experience at the wellness center, I booked us a tennis session, Siti guided us through the weather. Upon checking out, I didn’t mind waiting in line since it was a busy day for everybody. But Sharon saw and immediately took care of our check out. Talk about customer service. Going above and beyond the guests. We will definitely come back in our future visits in Singapore. A trip to remember! And of course, the room was amazing! From the design to the furniture. We checked in at a Deluxe King Room.

The room is clean, and the hotel provides the water purification system, instead of 2 water bottles each day. I feel safety and good for health. Good location for transportation, shopping and eating. It is very closed to Suntec Convention Center and Marina Square.
