The room. The view of the water and mountains- everything- city lights - was breathtaking. Room was super clean and modern design was lovely. We had everything we needed. I like the location- out of the tourist center. Near trails. Quiet. No crowds. Near the MRT. For a runner like me- lots of running paths.

Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting from the special scent of the hotel that can’t be described to the reception from the staff during check in to the room it self and the facilities it had to the swimming pool and gym. Staying here was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place viewing the Harbour. Had a direct link to the musea mall. Steps away from Nathan road museum of space, museum of art and avenue of stars. Highly recommend

Rooms are not isolated you can here who cleaners clerk other rooms even the rooms upstairs, not to say all news and movies other residents watching. For NYE fireworks you would need a reservation, being resident of hotel does not give your access to the top floor bar. Hotel worth 3 stars the most

    This is my last stay in ICON, because I wouldn't even get a coffee in the morning at green bar down the lobby. I have never experience of this, staying a 5 stars hotel, I can not get a coffee before 11:00am, the staff tell me to go across road to Starbucks to have a coffee, what a joke !
