The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Compared to other hotels in NY in this category this one was the best of them all. And it's no exaggeration. Very good price for what you get. I usually search for a long time when I want to book a Hotel and I was very curious that this Hotel had nearly only very good reviews. Usually a strange sign for Hotels in NY but after the stay I can understand why most people just had a great experience. They deserve the great reviews. Awesome location. Close to all the sights in lower Manhattan and not even a minute to walk to Fulton Station which is very well connected to all Subway-Lines. Also the concierge stood out to me. Very friendly and very helpful even if you're just looking for a nice place to eat. It was really a great experience and I'll definitely go there again.

The team went above and beyond and helped us quickly change rooms on the second night due to an issue on that floor and moved us to an even better room. The team are super helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond throughout the stay. The gym is massive and great for serious training. The apartments are very spacious and great value for money in manhattan.

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

    Excellent location in the 28th between the 6th and 7th avenues. All midtown. The red line 1 is just at the corner so you can easily move in the subway everywhere in NY. Besides, Times Squares is just 10 blocks away. If you do not wanna walk just take the subway 3 stations and there you are. Everything is near. But the best, the relation quality/price is the best. I paid sth like 270 USD/day. The hotel is 4 stars and serves a continental breakfast.

    After two days we got upgraded from a deluxe room to a premium room. We loved our corner room on the 23rd floor. The views were amazing. Also, this room had more space to properly open our suitcase. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the perfect location in Soho, but the hotel is not 4-star quality.
