The hotel is in a good location and the room (in which we stayed in - on the 4th floor) was very nice, clean and warm. Hotel personnel were very professional and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet where you can find croissants, muffins, all different types of drinks, eggs, bacon and sausages, to summarize a full breakfast. They do vegetarian options as well. The staff was very helpful. If you drive to the hotel, there is a parking nearby. There was a daily discount offered by the hotel. We found it fairly quiet, even with the window open, although, if not, there's double glazing and air-conditioning. We wanted to be in Leith; so, the location was perfect. It's a little way from the centre of Edinburgh but there is convenient, efficient and cheap public transport.
