New stylish Apartment in a perfect Location direct above the subway Line U3 with direct connection to the city centre & Mariahilferstraße.
I am Christian from Vienna I am very reliable, tidy and responsible person. I also let my apartment and hope people behave well, as well as I do when I rent a place. I studied Philosophy and travel a lot around. So definitely need Wifi Internet to work. I am interested in Philosophy, Psychology, Literatur and Arts. During my travels I stayed in many homes here on Airbnb and started to rent out own Apartments - where I try to give this great experience back to my Guests. I try to give the best guest experience possible.
Apartment is in the Center of the 15th district. Close to the Border of the 7th district and Westbahnhof and Mariahilferstraße. Its direct above the Subway station and there are many Restaurants and Supermarkets around the Building. The Apartment is literally direct above the exit of the Subway Line U3 - that brings you to Westbahnhof, Mariahilferstraße, Museumsquartier and City Center. Also you have Tram Line 9 & 49 in 1 minute distance from the Apartment. West Train Station is 1 subway stop away or you can walk there in 10 Minutes. Also Schönbrunn Castle is close the Apartment
