Property info

Spectacular renovated duplex penthouse with exclusive access to the roof top (solarium terrace) with views of the cathedral. Duplex of 100 square meters with the following distribution: large living area with kitchen (fully equipped) and built-in dining room, with large windows facing the street and courtesy toilet; It communicates through oak stairs to the upper floor to the bedroom area, a main one with a double bed and another accessory with two single beds, with a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The building is exclusively owned, they are one ground floor plus three floors. The roof top is accessed from common stairs in the building (outside the duplex). The duplex is located on the second floor and it´s not adapted for perdon with limited mobility. It does not have elevator in the builging.

Neighborhood info

The city of Cadiz allows you to travel on foot throughout the city. The house is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Additionally, you can take a public bus to move to the new area of ​​the city (Cortadura, Estadio, and Playa Victoria). The Candelaria / Catedral area has all the services of a big city (cinema, pharmacy, fashion stores, neighborhood shops, Day Hospital, supermarkets, ice cream parlors, bars. 15m walk from the beaches, 5 minutes from Pópulo, Barrio de la Viña, Mentidero, Plaza de España, with public and private parking 5 minutes from the apartment.
