Welcome to Checkmyguest, Alumni of Paris Dauphine University, and seasoned travellers, we had the opportunity to use the collaborative economy on many occasions, and we are proud to be part of this community. After many travels, we realized that some hosts were not really prepared to receive tenants. That's why we decided to create Checkmyguest to meet two main objectives: 1 - To help hosts to receive their guests in the best conditions 2 - To ensure that guests receive the best services in order to enjoy their stay. ## The space This is a ground floor apartment on the street, in the 14th district of Paris. This 40 m² apartment is brand new, well equipped and nicely decorated. It is located next to the Montsouris park, ideal for walking or playing sports in the open air. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a large closet with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, with a cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator etc... The kitchen is open to the living room, which allows you to enjoy the brightness of the apartment. The apartment is bright and well appointed for a comfortable stay in Paris. Shops, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily access the main tourist sites of Paris thanks to public transport. It also has a wifi connection and a television. We also provide sheets and towels for your comfort. ## The neighborhood This apartment is in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, right next to the Parc Montsouris. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, famous stores, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger's, restaurants, butcher's, supermarkets, dry cleaner's, pharmacy, ...) ## Getting around The geographical situation of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via these numerous possibilities of public transport: - RER B : Cité Universitaire - Day & night bus - Vélib station - Several Taxi companies available : G7 cabs (the most used) - call 36 07.
