Location was perfect for great restaurants, quiet sleep, easy access to the metro and train.. Good coffee pot(s) and tea pot. Good kitchen even though we used that very little.. Refrigerator, microwave , toaster oven and cooktop all there. Roomy apartment was a much better experience than a hotel. Stairs to apartment were not a problem for us.

IMPORTANT : A reservation deposit is charged within 3 days after reservation. In case of cancellation at least 2 months before the first day of the stay, the reservation deposit is refunded except the 4% banking fee. This VERY TYPICAL OLD PARISIAN apartment with visible stones and beams has ALL MODERN CONVENIENCES. VERY QUIET apartment with double glasses windows. The bedroom looks onto the courtyard. IDEALLY LOCATED – just steps away from the Quartier Latin, the Marais, and the famous Notre Dame cathedral – it's the perfect place to discover Paris on foot.
I love Paris and the Saint-Louis island especially. My assistants - Connie and Sylvain - and myself will be doing our outmost to make your stay in Paris an unforgettable memory !
The apartment is located in the prestigious ÎLE SAINT-LOUIS and the Saint-Louis en l'île street is the main street of the ISLAND, very lively during the day, with many shops (bakeries, cheese sellers, butchers...) and reputable restaurants, but very quiet at night. You feel on the island an atmosphere like nowhere else in Paris, a SMALL VILLAGE ATMOSPHERE. All the buildings of the island date from the XVI' and XVII' centuries.
