Really well designed apartment, utilizes the limited space very well and has everything you need and more. Beautifully decorated and everything is modern and new. They have great touches throughout like the welcome kits for the kitchen and bathrooms. The fans also really helped to control the heat and for white noise.

Very clean, modern, great facilities and very well taken care of. The location is great, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything in all rooms was in great condition, the beds were very comfortable. We had a small problem with one of the sinks, it was fixed within hours.

The apartment is good overall. Really well equiped, from ironing table, washing machine, dryer to lots of tableware items, dishwasher tablets and so on. Communication with the host was smooth, they were really nice and resposive. Overall the price was a lot smaller than other properties and even hotels in Paris, but still too much for just sleeping.

The facilities in the apartment were top notch. Mostly Ikea items that were very functional and had beautiful aesthetics. Everything was complete from the dish washer, heater, washing machine, and dryer. Showers had strong pressure as well. The instructions given pre-arrival were complete and easy to comprehend, and in the living room, there's a QR code that you can scan to give you a complete how-to guide in using all the facilities and furniture in the apartment. We felt very taken care of and would definitely come back to stay here. Location was also a 3-minute walk from a subway station and bus station - quite helpful especially if you're traveling to Gare du Nord.

The exquisite decoration of the apartment, amenities included like extra sheets, kitchenware, the space is well-distributed, beds were clean and comfortable. Metro station is juts a few steps away.

The host has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dinner corner with a rather large table for all guests. There are two separated bedrooms. There are two levels in the host with a stairs to the second bedroom located on the second level. Such division is very convenient for a family or group of friends, offering additional privacy. There is also sofa in living room, which is opened to a rather big comfortable bed. There are two separated bathrooms on each level, which is a nice feature, especially for a big families. The host has its own separated enter from the street. The location is great - about 20-30 min walking to Eiffel, 250m to metro station, super in few steps. The place is relatively quiet, though it very central. The owner is a fast responded and helped, check-in is very smooth and possible in a late times.
