The accommodation is a former artist’s studio. The studio was completely renovated this year. To keep the soul of the place, the artist Wimi will regularly exhibit his works. It includes: - a living space with a sofa bed, - a shower room - and a fully equipped kitchen. You will particularly appreciate its practicality and location. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Fan, Coffee machine. The apartment is close to the Raspail metro station. A "Carrefour Express" supermarket is a 3-minute walk away for your everyday shopping. Sites of interest near the accommodation: - Luxembourg Garden (a few steps from the workshop) - and the Montparnasse district (10 minutes walk). You can also access other places in Paris via Port Royal station. A very large number of restaurants are located at the foot of the workshop including the mythical "La closerie des lilas". The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very heterogeneous: it includes of course the Latin Quarter, and therefore houses a very large student population, but also the Pantheon and its street Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as Gallo-Roman remainswhich make the whole an extremely touristic sector. The famous Latin Quarter is a lively student district, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly comes from the fact that, in the university sector, education was taught in Latin.
