We recently stayed at the Balavil Hotel in Newtonmore, Scotland, and had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect setting for our stay in the Highlands. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Despite not having dinner reservations, they kindly accommodated us, and the meal was delicious. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend the Balavil Hotel for anyone looking for a cozy stay with outstanding service!

Des and Sinead make the property beautiful including gorgeous flower arrangements which sinead creates!! The rooms were newly renovated and spotless. Des and Sinead went out of their way to be helpful and were very kind and accommodating. Great place to stay!!!

We actually visited this property last year for dinner and it was a bit of a mess. This time around, I was pleasantly surprised at the complete updates they’ve done. It’s beautiful and elegant and so welcoming. What a difference. There was still water in the room and fresh cookies. I’d love to come back again!
