The living areas in the property consist of a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner electric range with 5-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating, a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine, a lower-ground-floor sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove, and snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
