Park up and enter Copt How through the boot room to the side of the house, a great place to store all your outdoor walking gear and equipment and adjacent utility with washer/dryer. There’s a handy cloakroom with basin and WC and a pantry just off the fully fitted kitchen where you’ll find an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Access the outside from here and the fully enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture and secure bike storage. The spacious lounge dining room with comfy sofa has a wood-burning stove and garden outlook whilst the second lounge across the hall displays some interesting original paster work and has deep-cushioned leather sofas arranged around the open fireplace. A rear hallway leads to the first floor where you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: the master Kingsize bedroom enjoys fine fell views and is blessed with an en-suite shower room with cubicle, basin and WC. A second Kingsize bedroom overlooks the garden and has a good range of built-in wardrobes whilst the third bedroom is a pretty twin, again with garden outlook.
