Passing by a neat front garden and driveway, the front door opens into a practical entrance vestibule. A glazed door then leads into the central hall where light pours in from skylights over the exceptional Oak staircase and onto the Karndean Oak effect flooring, immediately creates a warm, homely ambience. Directly ahead is the heart of the home, the impressive semi-open plan living room and dining kitchen. The living room features a set of patio doors allowing you to spread out into the garden. The kitchen is the perfect space for cooking, dining and socialising and is fitted with gloss-white cabinets and quartz worktops. The sleek kitchen enjoys a full range of integrated appliances including a double oven, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Returning to the hall, the ground floor accommodates the master bedroom with ultra-modern en-suite, another generous double bedroom and matching the en-suite, a chic, four-piece bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower, with full-height glass screen, a wall hung basin, and a WC.
