The Staff was amazing, especially the lady that I think whose name was Abiguail, the breakfast was not your ordinary, boring"continental breakfast". This was an extravaganza with eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, meats, Cheese, yogurt, etc. The property is simply gorgeous, we stay for 3 nights for a mini honeymoon and brought our 7 years old daughter with us, room was very welcoming when we arrived we found a complimentary cake for us. The hotel is very close to Heathrow airport which was very convenient for an early flight.

Saudi ArabiaThe facilities when entering the hotel was superb! The foyer area was clean and open and as it was christmas time it was very festive. The bedding and bed was super comfortable and soft, much needed way to end the night. Also has great connections to central london and airport via the tub station (hatton cross which is a 1 minute walk away, and bus stops outside the hotel)
