    The taxi driver showed us how the access the keys. The outside of the building was ugly and dirty as was the entry and stairway. Getting our luggage up 57 stairs was VERY DIFFICULT!!! Inside the apartment was wonderful but you must tell people...

Holyrood Duplex 3- Bedrooms Apartment is a spacious, modern and freshly decorated two-floor apartment located in a quiet residential area. Set on the 2nd floor in a building that previously belonged to the City of Edinburgh Council, the property provides comfortable self-catering accommodation in excellent location. The common area as stairs and the building exterior are still awaiting some renovation works, but the apartment itself is newly-refurbished (2020). This apartment seems a great choice for travellers who are looking to explore both the Old and New Towns of Edinburgh. Perfect for all couples, families and groups of friends. For those travelling by car, there is NCP Holyrood Rd Car Park (multi-storey car park) located just a short walk from the apartment. FREE for our guests. We provide ONE Space Season Ticket for the parking on arrival. Tesco Express where you can stock up on essentials during your stay is just a 2-minute walk away from the property.
