Nice cozy apartment , kitchen is fully equipped with anything one needs. Bus 14 can take you to the center or to Waverly station in about 25 minutes. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. The place is calm area there’s a nearby shopping center and Lindl supermarket.

This is a very safe location with easy access to and from the city centre of Edinburgh. Ideal place for families and groups of friends. Lovely back garden and free car parking on site. We hope you will have a wonderfully memorable time! Modern, warm and welcoming home away from home where you can relax after a busy day, unwind and enjoy everything that Edinburgh has to offer. The property provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests maximum. It has 2 relaxed bedrooms and 1 family bathroom with a bathtub and powerful shower over. There is a separate WC in the house. This stylish and very well-presented home offers comfortable living space. The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and is perfect to sit and relax around. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a hearty meal, with light and airy dining area. The property benefits from a lovely back garden. There is also free car parking on site. The entire property and all amenities available are for guest(s) use, so please make yourselves at home! **Not suitable for events or parties**
