Property info

A lovely 3-bedroom apartment featuring excellent amenities and a convenient location. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. There is a large living room with 2 double sofa beds. One of the sofa beds sometimes has issues so we provide a queen high qaulity self inflatable air mattress to compensate which is available on request in the cupboard. This apartment can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. There is ample free parking, excellent WIFI, brand new double beds and mattresses, a TV with an Amazon Firestick, well furnished throughout, a combination of hard flooring and carpet and homely decorated. There is a professional and reputable cleaning and laundry service in place ensuring excellent cleanliness throughout. The door features double locks and the building entry system is well-maintained and very secure. There is also a well-maintained, large elevator so you don't need to walk up any stairs. The location is fantastic for quickly and easily commuting throughout Edinburgh. The area is good and the immediate vicinity is homely and residential. Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1euro.
