In 2012, when I returned from London and a career in luxury retail, I began my short lets journey when I decided to host my own shabby-chic garden flat in Edinburgh’s famous New Town. After having success letting my own Airbnb, I saw the potential in the market, and quickly began hosting on behalf of friends and family. Through word-of-mouth alone, I went on to build a portfolio of Edinburgh holiday lets ranging from a penthouse in Ramsay Garden to rural homes in East Lothian, where I am now based. Guests will have access to the entire home! My apartment is managed on my behalf by Hotel Around Town, a locally based property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! We're here for you to ensure you have a fantastic stay!

Lovely views of Arthur's Seat can be enjoyed from the public room and the master bedroom from the Juliet balconies. The property also benefits from an allocated parking space within a secure residents' carpark and lift access.. The interior is bright and well proportioned throughout.

The neighbourhood is fantastic - it's so close to the oldest and historic parts of Edinburgh and still only a 15 minute walk to the train station and Princes Street. Ideal for exploring Edinburgh, visiting the festivals and having a great time in one of the world's greatest cities! There are views of the famous extinct volcano Arthur's Seat from the Apartment and you are a short walk from all of the fantastic attractions of the Royal Mile and Grassmarket areas of Edinburgh This apartment benefits from a designated parking space But why bring the car when you are a short walk from most of Edinburgh's most popular sites, with bus, tram and train links within easy walking distance
