Come and explore the beautiful Pentland hills, Duddingston Loch, and Portobello beach while the sun is still shining. We have a professional team of cleaners and an exceptionally high standard cleaning procedure which is followed and completed prior to your arrival. This apartment is ideal for a small family, group of friends, 1-2 couples or business travelers, and is within walking distance of various city attractions and social hubs. FREE Secure Parking is available at the property - not suitable for SUV's. (Maximum height clearance in the area you turn in from is approx. 1.7 meters).

Edinburgh Waverley Train Station and Mall is a 13-minute walk away. Calton Road is situated minutes away from Calton Hill as well as the iconic Royal Mile. Lying between Old Town and UNESCO New Town, all the main attractions are close by as well as the city's best pubs and restaurants and the famous Playhouse. Walk to all major attractions in less than 10 minutes including Edinburgh Castle; Holyrood Palace; Calton Hill, St Giles Cathedral; New Parliament; Arthur's Seat; The National Museum and Princes Street. Getting around You can reach everything on foot from my apartment: Waverley train station and Waverley bridge where the Airport bus stops are both about 13 minutes away. Edinburgh Lothian Bus Service provides links all over the city (App available). Your nearest bus stop from the property is the 'Scottish Parliament' bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk away. Black cabs and Uber services are available.
