I booked this hotel for my Dad and his Wife. Lovely hotel and great location. Pool and Spa looked nice but couldn’t access the Spa as it was fully booked. Didn’t ask if the hotel had specific bookings set a side for hotel guests.

    I was shocked by the city’s old cathedral—I’ve never seen such an impressive interior in every sense. There are so many things to do and places to visit in the city and around it, and I regret not being able to stay at least a couple more days.

    Liverpool an easy city to get around. Visually appealing the city is full of history and cultural experiences. Tour of Liver Building well worth a visit . Vibrant but felt very safe to walk around during the evening. 2 favourite restaurants. Mowgli (Indian) and Buyers Club (Italian)

    Liverpool is a super friendly city.

    Liverpool is a super friendly city. Small enough to get around on foot but packed with things to see and do. We did the hop on hop off bus to give us an overview of the city then went back to the places that inspired us. The Docks are worth a visit with lots of museums and also good places to eat and drink - Revolution for cocktails is a must! The Duke Street Food Market is worth a visit as is La’go bar for cheap and cheerful drinks. We also discovered one of Liverpool’s secret bars, Barley and Rye, fabulous cocktails and quirky surroundings. Highly recommend a visit - the people are so friendly.

    One of the best cities in the Europe Everywhere have a live music . Food and service is good . People are very friendly . Has a lot of places to visit and 15-20 minutes by car has a beach . Moose coffee is good place for breakfast and coffee and have a lot of clubs in cavern quatre and around it .

    Liverpool is an amazing city.

    Liverpool is an amazing city. The grandeur of the old buildings is breathtaking. And the people are the best, friendly, funny and full of energy! It's a must for any Beatles fan or anyone with an interest in popular music and the Merseybeat era. The pride locals have in their city is very evident, it was hard to leave! And if you go make sure you try the scouse and the Ship and Mitre pub!

    Jacob on Reception was very informative with a good introduction to where is best to visit whilst in Liverpool. The cost of the hotel stay was very good value. The hotel was in walking distance of the shops and Albert Docks. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed pulls out to be 2 single beds which you have to throw sheets on to make up the bed ready to sleep and then a double bed is already made up. Our room had a kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer machine.

    The location of the hotel is excellent with access to the docks and the city centre a few minutes walk away. The Liverpool One shopping centre is literally on its doorstep. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, assisting us to leave luggage prior to checking in and after checking out. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great sleep. The room was spotless and the bathroom and shower was excellent.

    Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very quiet. The location was great for us - restaurants and bars were a short walk away towards the city centre or out on the docks. The pub opposite the entrance to the hotel was really good too and perfect for a nightcap. We especially appreciated that our dog was allowed to come down to have breakfast with us as long as we sat in the bar area.
